Our initial objective is to coach you through a Debt Management Program where all creditors will be satisfied while your credit will remain unblemished. This works best with people feeling the strains of the monthly expenses but has not fallen behind or is not seriously delinquent with their creditors.

Debt Free Avenue, Inc. will assist you in enrolling in a Debt Management Program that will work with your creditors to reduce your interest rate and/or monthly minimum payments as well as make one manageable monthly payment. You will have your own log in and passcode to see the progress of your payments and watch your debt diminish.

Option 2

Debt Negotiation leading to Debt Settlement should be considered only as a last resort. Debt settlement is not for everyone. It is a debt relief option for people who experienced personal, financial or medical hardships, are falling behind on minimum monthly payments and cannot honestly envision a way out of debt.

Debt Free Avenue, Inc. will assists you in enrolling in a debt negotiation / debt settlement program that will help you diminish or eliminate your debt through one manageable payment to be held in a trust or escrow account until sufficient funds are available to settle with each creditor.

DFA or its affiliates make no claim to the final outcome or balance, each creditor is handled separately and negotiated with separately. You may be sued by the creditors at any time during this process and a judgment by the creditor as well as garnishment of wages may be applied. You must be aware this program will harm your credit and will not stop the creditors from calling and actively and aggressively trying to collect on their debt.

(DFA) and Service Provider (SP) will be relying on the information Client provides concerning his/her financial condition, hardship and other circumstances, and whether the debts submitted for settlement are secured or subject to any other agreements with creditors. The information’s accuracy is essential to DFA and SP’s ability to settle Client’s debts and is the sole responsibility of Client.  Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DFA and SP, and their principals, employees, agents, independent contractors and attorneys from any liability incurred by DFA and SP, their principals, employees, agents, independent contractors and/or attorneys based on false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information Client provided. Furthermore Client hereby agrees to hold DFA and SP harmless from any claim, suit, action, or demand made by any of Client’s creditors, any lending institutions, or any other entity or person, which in any manner taken by any entity or person, in connection with any services rendered by DFA and SP for Client, including any claim, suit, action or demand which may arise out of negligence or omission of an act by DFA and/or SP.
