Debt Settlement
Debt settlement, also known as Debt Arbitration or Debt Negotiation, is an approach to negotiating with creditors of all types to settle your debt at a substantially reduced amount and accept it as payment in full. This works only for monies owed on an unsecured debt (1) and is considered a great alternative to bankruptcy.
Who is this program best suited for:
- Anyone who has/had an illness, disability, divorce, loss of job, or
a reduction in pay and is having difficulty making payments.
- Anyone who has credit card debt in excess of $10,000
- Anyone looking to avoid bankruptcy as a means to eliminate debt.
- Anyone who is currently delinquent on their accounts
- Anyone that cannot honestly envision a way out of debt or catching up is beyond a reasonable possibility without professional intervention.
Once you are in contact with a Certified Enrollment Agent at Debt Free Avenue, Inc., you will be asked several specific questions regarding your credit card debt and other unsecured debts that you wish to settle. Based on your personal financial situation and your total amount of unsecured debt, your Certified Enrollment agent will explain the most effective debt settlement program for you to eliminate your debt in 12-36 months.
Once your initial phone consultation has ended and a program best suited for your situation has been identified, you will be sent an enrollment packet that you will need to complete and e-mail, fax or mail back to us in order for your enrollment process to be completed. Once your packet is returned, you will be assigned to a representative that will be your contact person throughout your entire program. This person will be your “go to” person to help reduce the collection phone calls and letters. The representative will review all the documentation and information you provided in your enrollment packet to verify accuracy with the initial phone conversation. At which time the program will be reviewed with you thoroughly once again.
If a Debt Free Avenue, Inc. affiliate or associate is unable to settle an enrolled account, we will refund to YOU the service fee for that particular account.
